Note a new local event: Jodrell Bank Cyclosportive, for 2010. I will be entering the 80 mile distant event. If anyone wants to accompany me then please let me know. If there is enougth interst I am willing to "Lead" the ride along similiar lines as the Cat & Fiddle ride last October.
I am intending to follow this up by entering the Cheshire Cat Cyclosportive a fortnight later as posted by Sarah (Not sure of the distance, either the 100 or 67 mile, both involve the Killer Mile climb, something I have not yet completed despire several attempts)
I will then be retiring to bedtime for a week.
There are a number of other local events throughout the year which I will keep you posted once I have dates (Including a Tour of Britain stage 2010 from Stoke in September).

Early season cyclosportive around the Cheshire lanes. Taking advantage of Cheshire's micro climates mild winter weather. The event features 3 distances 30 miles, 50 miles, and 80 miles catering for all levels. The picturesque route takes the riders past the famous Jodrell Bank Radio Telescope.
