In case anyone else being interested the Stoke stage of the Tour of Britain is being run on the Sunday 12th of August and they are looking for volunteers to marshal the stage. I’ve registered as a volunteer as I was fortunate enough last year to be able to go as a spectator and I thought that being a marshal could be something a little different.
