I'm interested in joining the club and wondered if i could pop along to one of your group rides etc to get a taste of the club please ? I've had a go at triathlons at most distances but would really like to mprove my rather inefficient swimming, aswell as be oart of a tri club in the run up to doing an IM next year......other than that i'm mainly into time trialling and fell running and am an active member of both stone wheelers & stone m m.
Thanks, inadvance, for any replies Kevin

Hi Kev
The open water training at Boundary (Knutsford/Holmes Chapel Area) on a thursday night is run by uber fit events and you can turn up between 6-8pm I think there is a cut off with regards to the latest you can get in the water.
There is normally some guys there from the club
http://www.uberfitevents.com/news230410.html - Cut and paste that into your internet and you should get more info.
its £5 for as long as you want - just sign the registration form on arrival
you can hire a wetsuit for £5 as well depending on if they have your size.
I havent been to the one at Blithfield so I can't help you with that one
