Hi everyone

If anybody is free on Friday morning, a group of us are meeting up at 9am at Ford Green Hall for a ‘threshold’ run.

rabbit The run will be about 6m long with a brisk section in the middle!

We will be on the canal paths & everybody can run the faster section at their own pace, re-grouping at the end.

Let me know if you are coming – the more the merrier!

Thanks for the run today Ju it was a really good session, a bit painful towards the end but very benefical.
Perhaps we should have it as a regular session.
