| Yeah possilby as it would be a good way to experience a discipline on the ironman, when would we need to enter by as i doubt id managed any of the distances at the mo  | |

| Sorry guys i forgot to say when it was. It is on the 20th June but ive just had a look at the website http://www.ironmanuk.com/ironteam-relay/race-details and it is rather expensive.  | |
