I have contacted the organisers and I have been told that I can transfer the place to someone else just by completing a form that they will send me today.

Where are you all staying? Might be travelling alone this time as its a bit of a nightmare journey so would like to stop near to friendly faces!!

Can anyone recommend a sports injury / physio that may be able to sort out a recurring thigh strain / pull. I can’t seem to shake this constant niggle. I have and have tried more or less everything myself to get rid of it.

Any ideas/suggestions from anyone would be welcome!

Hi everybody

If anybody is getting withdrawal symptoms from training over the Christmas period there is a group meeting for a run on Boxing Day at 8am, Ford Green Hall.
Everybody is welcome, off road shoes are advisable, but Santa hats are compulsory. Anybody wanting to ride along with us on a mountain bike (obviously at a very leisurely pace) is more than welcome.
